For nearly a decade Tom has been affiliated with and is the President of The Residences at The Chateaux, one of Deer Valley Utah's most exclusive and successful membership clubs. Ben's family roots in the Turk & Caicos Islands include some of the earliest settlers who originally came to the islands to harvest salt in the 1700s. He is directly related to Grace Hinson Hutchings for whom Grace Bay was named. Ben's family are the proud owners of "The White House", the largest historical Bermuda style home in the West Indies and located on the island of Salt Cay, a proposed UNESCO world heritage site.
